Program Manager

The program manager is responsible for the maintenance, development, and effectiveness of seven core systems. Aside from these systems the Program Admin will provide support in site evaluation, research and company publications.

RESPONSIBLITIES included but not limited to:

  • Provide orientation and onsite training for new hires
  • Produce quality coverage for absent employees such as substitutes/on calls
  • Evaluate site staff and provide coaching to improve performance
  • Meet with all Site Coordinators on a weekly basis
  • Organize, distribute and communicate with school site staff to determine supply needs.
  • Maintain site staff records of achievement and issue incentives.
  • Create and distribute any memos, letters and flyers
  • Collaborate with local high schools, volunteer agencies, and community organizations to obtain volunteers
  • Ensure attendance records from all sites meet grant attendance requirements
  • And other duties as assigned.
 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least two years education or BA in related field
  • The ability to administer programs and initiatives
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Effective verbal, presentation and listening communication skills
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks, time management and priorities
  • Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized spreadsheets, word-processing, and graphics at a highly proficient level.
  • Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity as well as demonstrate sound work ethics.
  • Must be bilingual (Spanish)

Salary

  • $35,000 yearly
