Courtney Peters, Office Manager/HR, is that smiling face you are greeted with when you come through our front door and that happy voice on the other end of your phone call to leap. She is responsible for keeping the office running, the budget straight, the bills and payroll processed, the calendar right, the policies and procedures up to date, and hiring of our front line staff. Courtney enjoys being the backbone of the office and admires her growth in the company.
Prior to joining the leap team, Courtney was the owner of her own entertainment business, Office Manager/Webinar Coordinator for a network marketing company, and an Executive Assistant for several private business owners. With her love for helping others, businesses and achieving tremendous feats at the many companies she’s worked for, Courtney realized that she is destined to be an entrepreneur.
Raised in Santa Clarita and Palmdale, CA, Courtney now lives in Los Angeles pursuing her career in several fields. She is a graduate of Highland High School and attended California State University of Northridge where she will be receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance. Her hobbies include sampling exotic foods, dancing, traveling, and having fun with family and friends. In 2014 Courtney will have launched her very first online retail store.
